Welcome to the Service Registration for Meindl Dealers

Before you send a complaint, repair or return to Meindl, it is necessary that you fill out the following service form. From now on, it is no longer possible to process your complaint as usual using the service form on paper.
  • Please fill out the form according to the given fields.
  • When you send the form, you will receive two documents (by email or for download)
    • Service slip
    • Meindl shipment info label
  • Print out both documents.
  • The service certificate must be enclosed with the shoe.
  • Prepare the box for shipment (shipping and addressing remain unchanged).
  • In addition, stick the Meindl shipment info label on the outside of the shippping box so that it is visible from the outside.
    IMPORTANT: WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR SHIPMENT WITHOUT A SHIPMENT INFO LABEL VISIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE.
  • A separate form must be filled out for each pair of shoes or boots.
  • If you are sending several pairs of shoes or boots with different reasons for the return (complaint, repair, new goods) in the same box, please stick the different shipment info labels on the outer box of the shipment.
In order to ensure a smooth processing of your service request, we would like to ask you to apply this procedure from now on. In that way, you will make it easier for us to process your request, especially if it is a complaint.
From now on, it will no longer be possible to process your request as usual using the service form on paper.
